Use this standard response when a user comes in on behalf of someone else to request for a password reset for that person. Please create a ticket and notify the ticket team so they can process the login request as soon as possible.


Standard Response:


My apologies; unfortunately due to security reasons, we are unable to provide login information that belong to a different user. Kindly allow me a moment to submit a ticket. We will then reach out to the user directly with their login credentials.
